Challenge Camp
Each Challenge Camp duration is 6 weeks long and sessions are held 3x per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday (unless public holidays dictate differently).
Workouts are varied and include kettlebells, HITT, boxing, kickboxing, weights, circuits, calisthenics, hill running, stair work, as well as fun warm-ups to get the blood pumping and body ready for an intense and challenging session.
Challenge Camp is a progressive program to increase your strength, endurance, and all-round fitness, and at $160 per 6 weeks of intensive fitness training, (which equates to $8.88 per session) it’s definitely value for money and a good investment in your overall health.
LIT Fitness
LIT Fitness is a Whanganui based venture offering group fitness classes and personal training services to anybody looking to begin their fitness journey and/or improve/maintain their health & fitness.
LIT Fitness will provide a cardio-vascular based workout through HIIT (High-intensity interval training), Circuit training to Boxfit training with a hint of muscular endurance as well as strength and conditioning designed to get the heart pumping and the sweat dripping.
Our timetable at this current time is Tuesdays 6pm / Thursdays 6pm LIT runs on a “First Class Free” policy with $5.00 per class charge following your first class.
InTune
Intune Fitness combines movements from gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, rowing, and running to create unique, intense workouts that are constantly varied so you will never be bored. We train in a group setting which means that every time you come to class your experienced and certified coaches will take you all through a warm-up then teach and develop your skill and strength which will be followed with a workout. In our classes, we cover all 3 metabolic pathways, whereas other forms of physical activity only tap into one or two. The workouts are short duration but at high intensity. You’ll be guaranteed a challenging workout and without a doubt … results!
