Each Challenge Camp duration is 6 weeks long and sessions are held 3x per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday ( unless public holidays dictate differently )
Workouts are varied and include kettlebells, HITT, boxing, kickboxing, weights, circuits, calisthenics, hill running, stair work, as well as fun warm-ups to get the blood pumping and body ready for an intense and challenging session. Challenge Camp is a progressive program to increase your strength, endurance and all-round fitness, and at $160 per 6 weeks of intensive fitness training, ( which equates to $8.88 per session ) it’s definitely value for money and a good investment in your overall health.
