CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

CHALLENGE CAMP

A bootcamp style class, that changes with each session.
We include fun warm ups, kettle bells, HITT, boxing, kickboxing, weights, circuits, calisthenics, hill running, sprint work, stair work and our rep count challenge competitions.Challenge Camp is a progressive program to increase you strength, endurance and all round fitness, and at $150 per 6 weeks (or $8.33 per session) of intensive fitness training, it is definitely value for money and a good investment into your overall health.

STEP UP

A class with a mix of creative routines and a whole lot of rhythm based on and around the step. Choreography in this class is designed to extend your step skills, challenging the mind and body. Each class is planned to a variety of music to guarantee you with a fun filled experience.

PILATES

Resolves back and neck pain; improves sporting performance and develops good postural alignment and core strength. A full body toning workout leaving you feeling natural and energised.

AKA

A Maori based aerobics class with some elements of
Thai Chi, Kapa Haka and Pacifica Movements.

BODY ROCK

A fun filled full body workout using weights, body weighted exercises, with cardio to tone the body and improve fitness in a friendly group environment.

STEP PUMP

A interval class that combines step aerobics and strength training into one incredible workout.

REBOUND

Something a bit different! Athis class is performed on mini tramps, as well as floor exercises. This class has everything from gentle bouncing to strong bounding. improves balance and strengthens core with low stress on joints.

BOX HITT

A fun, action packed, non-contact class based on the fitness principles of boxing. This high intensity interval or circuit style class combines boxing with cardio exercises to help you work all parts of your body and increase your overall fitness. This class is a great stress buster and all equipment is provided.

ZUU

ZUU is dynamic interval training using primal moves - push, pull, bend, twist, squat, lunge and locomotion in a unique workout. ZUU combines safe, functional bodyweight movements with high intensity cardiovascular training to produce an effective, comprehensive, challenging yet fun workout. Whether you want to burn fat, tone up, improve your fitness, increase your functional strength, gain flexibility or just challenge your limits ZUU is for U!
