A boot camp style class, that changes with each session. We include fun warm-ups, kettlebells, HITT, boxing, kickboxing, weights, circuits, calisthenics, hill running, sprint work, stair work and our rep count challenge competitions. Challenge Camp is a progressive program to increase your strength, endurance and all-round fitness, and at $150 per 6 weeks (or $8.33 per session) of intensive fitness training, it is definitely value for money and a good investment into your overall health.
